All new clients begin with a Full Body workout, this not only allow the trainers to assess the capabilities of the client but it also gives the new client a gentle introduction to the program and a tutorial on the correct techniques to use whilst exercising within the gym.
The SHAPE Program is a 4 day training program which breaks the body into different muscle groups and works on the principle of working a couple of those muscle groups in each session, therefore giving the entire body an intense workout over the 4 days.
To achieve the results you deserve it recommended that you complete the 4 day program each week.
