Mark Elliott - Personal Trainer
Mark Elliott has a kind and outgoing personality. He will push you to your limits and is always up for a new challenge! He chose to gain his Cert IV qualification in Personal Training in order to learn more about strength training and biomechanics. As a trainer he strives to help his clients achieve their goals and guide them to adopt healthier lifestyles.
Mark practises what he preaches. He has been weight training for many years, and in 2008 he aims to take it to the next level: natural bodybuilding competition.
